Allen Johnson serves as the Vice President for Health Data Exchange and Analytics for Austin based ESO Solutions. Allen has been active in EMS as paramedic, educator and administrator for almost three decades. He led the Montgomery County Hospital District in Texas for as EMS Director and CEO for 14 years. Most recently he spent 3 years with HCA in Houston. Allen is known for his focus on clinical performance measurement and improvement. Allen obtained a BS in Psychology and a Masters of Public Administration from Texas A&M University. Allen, his wife Kristin and children reside in Bastrop, Texas.
