BRYAN WINZER is a 26-year veteran of the fire service and a 16-year member of the Fire Department of New York, where he is a lieutenant assigned to Engine Co. 302. He is a firefighter with the Huntington Manor Volunteer Fire Department, where he previously served as captain and lieutenant. He has been an FDIC International H.O.T instructor. He is a member of the development team for “To Hell and Back,” an educational program on the reality of burn injuries for firefighters. He was a member of the development team for the PowerPoint® materials for Fire Engineering’s Handbook for Firefighter I and II.
