ISAAC FRAZIER, a 27-year veteran of the fire service, is a second-generation special operations firefighter with the Wichita (KS) Fire Department, where he is assigned to Rescue Company 1. Previously, he was a special operations captain with St. Johns County, Florida. He is the owner of Tactical Advantage Training. Frazier is an FDIC International lead hot instructor and lecturer, a Fire Engineering contributor, and a NAVRA assessor.
