ROBERT FINGER JR. is a 20-plus-year veteran in emergency services. He is a lieutenant with the Manlius (NY) Fire Department. He is the MTO and Director of the Training Division. He is a paramedic and a CIC with the NY Bureau of EMS. He has a BS degree from SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse and has been teaching firefighters and EMS and healthcare workers for many of his 20 years of service.
