This Training Collection course, filmed at the Guardian Centers’ flood village, provides a look at the process of searching flood waters in a residential neighborhood, and rescuing victims once they’ve been located. Utilizing lessons learned from the response to Hurricane Katrina, this course offers a hands-on look at tools and tactics that will keep both responders and victims safe in flooding conditions.
